Click on the Wallet button in the side menu or in the lower right corner.
You will see your current balance, information about refunds and their statuses.

Click Top up.

Select payment method: wallet (ShopeePay, TrueMoney) or a card.

Follow the instructions on the payment page.

Enter your card details: card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV, and cardholder name.

Enter your email and Thai Identity Card number.

Enter an amount: at least 100 THB.

Click Submit.
We recommend you to use your own cards. Yet when you top up your balance using someone else's card, ask for explicit permission. Otherwise, your action might be treated as fraud and the account owner can claim money back.
To avoid your card being blocked by payment provider's security systems, verify card info before completing the payment.
We also recommend to top up the balance with a comfortable amount once in several days. A lot of operations per day can be considered suspicious as well.

When entering the bank transfer top-up page, choose the ShopeePay option.

Enter your first and last name, email and Thai Identity Card number.

Enter an amount: at least 1 THB.

Click Submit.

Get a QR-code in the app.

Open the ShopeePay app and scan the QR-code.

Confirm the payment.

Open the TrueMoney app and scan the QR-code.
