About service payments

Millions of people use inDrive every day. In order to regularly update the app, advertise, attract even more passengers, and ensure both the high quality and safety of our services, we've implemented a service payment of 9,9% (including VAT) on every order. This percentage is quite low compared to other ride-hailing apps, which can take anywhere from 15% to 30% from every order.

How are service payments deducted?

Choose an order from your request list

The payment will be deducted from your balance

upon reaching the pickup point, or if you call the passenger before pressing the "I'm here" button.

If the passenger doesn't arrive

you must press the "Passenger did not turn up" button. In these cases, we will verify the order and refund the service payment within 3 days.

To top up your balance:
